Delivery/Shipping
We provide free standard shipping within Australia for orders of $75 or more.
Orders below $75 are subject to a flat-rate standard shipping charge of $9.95.
Shipments are dispatched from our Sydney location Monday-Friday (public holidays excepted). Orders until 2:00PM are usually dispatched on the same business day or next business day.
Please note that our courier carrier SENDLE does not deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO BOX'S.
Delivery times depend mostly on your delivery address. As a general guide:
- Metropolitan areas: 1-2 business days
- Regional areas: 3-5 business days
- Remote areas: 5-10 business days
