Returns Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges/credit due to:

  • Incorrect sizing ordered by the Buyer
  • Buyer remorse / change of heart

 

Returns and refunds will only be accepted for:

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Incorrect sizing shipped by Seller

 

Procedure for eligible returns:

  1. You must notify outTHERE Underwear at info@outthereunderwear.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your order.

  2. outTHERE will email you further instructions within 2 business days.

  3. When the goods are received back into our warehouse, outTHERE will respond within 2 business days.

  4. Return shipping costs - by our choice of shipper - will be paid by outTHERE.

 

Please do not attempt to return product without prior authority from the Seller.
